Maar Foods Ltd is seeking an AI Innovation Lead to help drive AI adoption across its food-tech businesses, including Fortify Meals, Garnish, and Occasions.mt. This full-time hybrid role is based at Takeoff, the University of Malta’s innovation hub, and is ideal for a final-year student or recent graduate in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related ICT field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prototype AI-driven improvements across business operations
- Design and manage automation workflows connecting systems and data
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend their adoption
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on technology and product initiatives
- Support the organisation’s AI transition and knowledge sharing efforts
What They’re Looking For:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Practical experience using AI tools and automation technologies
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Interest in AI innovation and emerging technologies
