APCO is seeking a Software Developer to join the dynamic team at APCO Pay.

APCO is a member of Harvest, a strategic cluster of technology-related businesses and represents brands such as Wincor Nixdorf and Gilbarco Veeder-Root. Harvest is the technology division of Hili Ventures, the group engaged in multi-sited activities in partnership with McDonald’s and Apple, logistics, engineering, technology and property. APCO Pay is APCO’s scalable integrated global payments platform with multi-currency and multi- channel options, serving clients around the world.

APCO is a market leader in payment solutions, offering systems with payment processing for debit, credit cards and other payment platforms, including processing for mail and telephone order. Its hardware and automation solutions offering features ATMs, 24-hour deposit machines, 24-hour currency exchanges, EPOS terminals, plastic cards, and cash-handling equipment. APCO’s major clients include local and international banking organisations, retail operations and internet merchants.

Reporting to the Head of Operations and based in Malta, the Software Developer will be involved in the full lifecycle of development, from design and implementation. The role will involve contributing creative ideas to enhance existing products and launch new services for APCO Pay’s growing payment solutions portfolio.

The Requirments  

The selected candidate will be a dedicated technology professional who is able to bring ideas, solutions and energy to a team environment. Preferred candidates will have a degree in IT (or related professional qualification) and experience with VB.NET, MS SQL Server, ASP.NET, XML and HTML5.  Knowledge of PHP is considered an asset.
