With an easily accessible location right in the heart and soul of Malta, close to major transport links, this well-established IT Solutions and Services provider company is continuously growing, and has an opening for a Junior Desktop Support to come join a highly professional and dynamic team. This role focuses on operating with different tech set up of different clients within a small to medium level.
This is a perfect opportunity for a new and upcoming candidate to establish themselves in a company that prides itself on developing new recruits, providing them with the scope for career progression opportunities within the company structure as well as offering continuous training to obtain certain qualifications and certificates related to the IT Solutions industry.
You will:
- Acknowledge and answer requests from the Clients.
- Investigate and repair various IT networks, software and cloud solutions.
- Mange and support the installation of different operating systems.
- Offer both offsite and onsite assistance to customers.
Skills / Experience:
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in IT
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, iOS, Mac OS
- Microsoft & Cisco Certifications
Salary / Remuneration: €18,000 – €22,000 gross year
