An exciting opportunity in a leading multinational Financial Services organisation that has a major presence all across the globe. The position is for an IT Support & Junior FE Developer, a varied role that suits someone with some experience of IT Support and front end programming and an eagerness to learn more as part of a well-established business. At the Malta location, you will join an established team in a young office environment.

As IT Support & Junior Front End Developer in this fast-paced environment, you will partner with team members and report to the Head of Web Strategy and Software Development to offer 1st Level Tech Support and participate in a range of development projects with a front-end focus. Exposure to C#, HTML, CSS or other front end technology is great for this role and you will get ample opportunity to improve your skills in this area. A high level of versatility and a willingness to learn from other software developers is also a must in this position.
You will:
· Provide 1st level tech support / IT Support for people inside and outside the organisation
· Assist users with their queries and issues
· Track user queries using the company’s helpdesk software
· Create, run and format detailed reports
· Participate in front end development projects using C# / HTML / CSS or other FE tech
Experience:
· 6-12 months in IT Support
· C# / HTML / CSS or any other front end technology
Salary / Remuneration:
EUR 16,000 – 20,000
