Education and/or Experience: |
Include the education and experience that is necessary to perform the job satisfactorily.
Experience working with external vendors; understanding the issues and communicating with the vendor; applying patches and updating Installation Qualification scripts. XML Script development. Experience with COTs (commercial off the shelf) applications, Oracle, Unix/Linux, MS SQL server, SQL experience. Good communications skills, problem solving and troubleshooting skills and good time management. The following experience is beneficial but note required: LIMS, Electronic Lab Notebook, Chromatography Data Systems or other packages that support Scientific Data Management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications. Basic understanding of FDA regulations/EMEA regulations and other governing bodies within the industry, such as ICH and GAMP.
