For this position, you will be responsible to provide technical support internally and across all departments. You are to ensure that all tasks and requests in our project management tools are looked in to, and handled in a timely manner. Part of the role would include making sure that all requests are answered to and being coordinated within the development team; while also ensuring that you handle any hardware or software issues of members across the company.


Essential Skills:

•    Working knowledge with Jira, Jira Service Desk and other help desk systems

•    Good technical knowledge in fixing and repairing desktop hardware

•    Excellent communication skills

•    Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

•    Issue and defect tracking

•    Ability to coordinate with internal resources and third parties to resolve issues

•    Organisational skills to ensure that all tasks and requests are handled and resolved in a timely manner within the development team

•    Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, PHP, jQuery, Bootstrap and GIT versioning tools)



•    Team player, with ability to work independently

•    Good English oral and written communication skills

•    Solutions oriented and meticulous in work
