We are seeking a Marketing Administrator with a degree in marketing, business administration, communications or hospitality; who be responsible for managing and executing a seamless and timely delivery of assigned conferences, seminars, road shows or the like including all marketing efforts pertaining to such.
The Position:
Responsibilities will include working hand in hand with the marketing team as well as Lawyers, Advisors, Practice Group Managers and service departments in order to coordinate all areas of conferences pre and post planning accordingly. You will also assist delegates during such events. You will also be responsible for day to day general marketing administration and assist the team where necessary.
Required Attributes:
Successful candidates should have a can-do, positive attitude and a drive to work in an exciting and fast-paced environment focusing on high-end clients. A highly organised character and ability to work on own initiative and without supervision are essential for this role. Fluent written and spoken Russian will be considered as an asset. Previous experience working on event planning will be considered an asset.
