The President’s Foundation for the Wellbeing of Society, in collaboration with the Centre for Resilience and Socio-Emotional Health, are organizing the 1st National Conference on Children’s Wellbeing, with a focus on the child’s perspective on bullying. The conference will bring together international experts on the issue of bullying, to share current research on this issue, mainly targeted towards professionals working directly with children. The conference will also set an example of good practice in the sense of mainstreaming child participation, and innovatively eliciting the perspectives of children on this complex phenomenon. Discussions will focus on what constitutes bullying, and the responses which are effective from the child’s perspective.
