The International Conference on 'The Internet as a Global Public Resource' will discuss the preservation of a functional and safe Internet as a global public resource (including Internet as a global public good, as common heritage of mankind, and similar concepts). Given the growing interest in this topic, the Conference will set the stage for policy and research process during this year, including in preparation for CHOGM 2015.
