Job Details: CSL Data Centre Services is the fastest growing IT Outsourcing provider in Malta, which today employs 30 FTE’s, turns-over €10Million p.a. and has a client base of 100+ customers in the financial services and i-gaming sector.

Main responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Helpdesk Manager
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically
  • Remote diagnose and resolve technical issues
  • Track and document resolutions
  • Communicate to customers related charges to the service requests

The ideal candidate will have working knowledge and competency in

  • Basic administration of Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange basic configuration and mailbox management
  • Problem-solving in Microsoft Windows client environments
  • Basic networking troubleshooting
