We are looking for talented and experienced individuals to grow our QA team. As a QA Manager, you’ll be part of our interdisciplinary team, working closely with the development team to ensure the quality of game builds. Under the guidance of the QA Lead, you’ll monitor and uphold the quality standards for all implemented features throughout the development cycle. You will be continuously testing new builds and versions for technical bugs and gameplay issues and assist with the release procedure.
Your main responsibility will be to perform functional and non-functional tests of our software, introduction of new testing methods, tracking of identified issues, and reporting of any findings to the team.
Responsibilities
- Testing video game software and prioritizing the detected issues
- Working out test plans and schedules
- Creating test cases suited to the required form of testing
- Reporting of all issues encountered to Jira
- Communicate with the development and design teams
- Provide gameplay feedback about new features being designed
- Participate and support the release process
- Maintain testing documentation

Job Requirements
- Ability to produce well documented and easily understandable bug reports
- Experience using software tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Previous experience in testing software and/or video games, especially in war strategy games or CoN specifically
- Understanding of the client-server software architecture
- Ability to communicate effectively and objectively in English
Desirable Skills
- Strong understanding of mechanics and features of strategy games
- Understanding of online video games
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Drive, Excel
