ERP Limited is looking to recruit a Junior Desktop Support Technician to join its growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible to handle client requests' for support on desktop related queries. In taking full ownership of these support requests, you will be meeting clients on own premises and will handle queries in a smooth and efficient manner with minimal disruptions to business.
The selected candidate will preferably be in possession of a Diploma in IT or equivalent and ideally with a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role. You will also be familiar with Microsoft products and be able to troubleshoot any desktop problems that may arise. You will be an analytical individual with a client centric approach. In addition you will be able to multi task and prioritise workload whilst ensuring efficiency and quality are reflected throughout. Holding a fluent level of both Maltese and English are important for this role.
The selected candidate must hold a valid driver’s license with no restrictions.
