Finaro (formerly Credorax) is an established payment services provider and card payments acquirer specializing in tailor made solutions for ecommerce transaction processing. The Bank is now seeking to recruit an Internal Auditor to join a high performing Internal Audit team as the business goes through a period of transformation.

The Finaro Card Present Integration Team is responsible for testing and validating EMV-compliant cardpayment acceptance devices (terminals) before they are deployed into the marketplace and used by merchants.


  • After gaining a detailed knowledge of Finaro’s systems and technology you will;
  • Work with our customer’s developers in our testing environment, to help them implement our card-payment APIs.
  • Fulfil EMVCo Level 3 (L3) testing on new card-payment acceptance devices.
  • Answer questions and guide customers (typically via Slack) during their testing and implementation process.
  • Troubleshoot reported technical issues or difficulties, identify the root-cause and provide solutions (including debugging of programming codes).
  • Pro-actively monitor the client’s development progress and document all activities until the project is successfully completed.
  • Submit completed L3 projects to the card schemes for approval and certification.
  • Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard, to ensure successful payment processing after the customer goes live.
  • Configure new device setup in production and handover to affiliate teams before customers can use the new device in production.


  • Possess an IT related Diploma.
  • Previous experience in a customer service / technical support / testing role would be advantageous.
  • Have good interpersonal skills for building relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Be technical minded and be able to problem-solve.
  • Be able to prioritise and multitask whilst delivering high-quality standards.
  • Be fluent in English, both written & spoken.
