• Access to the Game Jam event will be granted only to those participants duly registered.
  • Third parties not registered for the event would not be allowed inside the premises at any time. Registered participants are therefore advised not to bring along or invite unregistered third parties.
  • In case of emergency, use the fire exists as will be indicated during the Introduction at the beginning of the Game Jam.
  • Doors of the Game Jam premises will be closed at 10:00pm and re-opened at 6:00 am. Game Jam participants will not be allowed in or out of the premises during this period, unless the need to leave would have been communicated beforehand with the organizers. Should there be the need for further food to be delivered after 10:00pm; this will be allowed if liaised with the on-site personnel whilst the doors are closed.
  • For safety and security purposes, all the areas that will be used by during the Game Jam are covered by CCTV.
  • Photographs and video will be taken throughout the entire event. If any registered participants do not wish to appear in these photos or recording, kindly advise the organizer beforehand.
  • The Game Jam event premises are equipped with all required facilities, and areas will be designated for rest/sleep. Participants who will sleep over are encouraged to bring their own sleeping bag.
  • Food and drinks should not be consumed in any part of the premises except in the designated areas, as will be instructed during the Introduction at the beginning of the Game Jam.
  • Participants are to bring their own hardware devices and equipment which have all the software that they might possibly want already installed. The Game Jam event premises will provide:

    • Electrical supply;
    • WIFI and internet connection
  • This is a student oriented event. Any IP (Intellectual Property) resulting from the games is shared between the MITA, participating educational institutions and the team as a whole
  • The MITA premises are strictly a non-smoking area.
