As promised we will be repeating last summer’s successful Park Majjistral challenge this time hosting three teams of students instead of one. Each team is being asked to develop an innovatively designed Digital Serious Game in one of the following thematic areas – the Gamification of Learning Science Subjects,  the Gamification of National History and the Gamification of Information Security Awareness.

The teams will be awarded a cash prize of €2,000, plus a summer job, as part of the Student Placement Programme, at the MITA Innovation Hub (MIH) where they will be based to develop their chosen games.

Learn all about the timelines, themes, rules and other details by clicking here, but especially by attending an Information & Networking Event organised purposely to help you understand more about the challenge, as well as to get in touch with other gamers and together build a great team and a winning proposal.

The Event will take place on Saturday 16th May from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the MITA Data Centre, Old Railway Track, Sta Venera. To attend please make sure you register by clicking here.

We look forward to seeing you in big numbers.
