Windows and Mac operating systems, TCP/IP, ADSL, LAN/WAN technologies, basic web hosting and POP3/SMTP mail protocols are but a few of the things you'll be dealing with on this job. We want you to join us if you have such technical skills to offer a service to our customers. Do you own the ability to understand customers' needs quickly and empathically and have the aptitude to suggest solutions effectively? Then this is the role for you. Willing to learn new skills and adapting to the requirements of a very vibrant and dynamic industry is necessary. This role requires team players that have the flexibility to work on shift basis that may include evenings, nights, public holidays and weekends. Being an IT literate and having proficiency in Maltese, English and preferably a third language is imperative. Ingrained good communication and interpersonal skills need to be prevailing to allow you to transmit your positive attitude and a ‘can do' approach to Customers. Preference will be given to those candidates with previous experience in a customer care related environment, yet if you lack the experience but are passionate about working with people for the people, we would like to hear from you just the same.
