The IMC – have an opening for a digital channels’ assistant.

 Duties and Responsibilities

– Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising


– Design, build and maintain our social media presence

– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI

and KPIs)

– Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

– Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

– Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

– Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple

channels and customer touch points

– Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where


– Managing digital administration such as profiles, updating information records,

– Responsible for updating IMC CRM system as and when required

– Providing monthly update reports on activities using CRM reporting systems

– Communication with members / potential clients – including creation / circulation of email


– Monetize IMC website through sales activities to membership base and to other potential clients

according to targets

– Manage set up, promotion and delivery of IMC Streaming activities

– Coordinate the IMC Forum with support from team

– Research as required and instructed

– Any other support that may be required as directed by Directors
