  1. Provide support to a number of clients using EYESEL Business Suite and other applications both on site & company premises
  2. Form part of the after sales team and liaise with other teams as required  
  3. Documentation of client support issues & status tracking
  4. Troubleshooting issues at clients and querying the data before escalating the problem
  5. Report writing (mainly using Crystal Reports)
  6. Testing of applications
  7. Assist in the Training of users
  8. Timely inputting of timesheets
  9. Adherence to the company code of conduct
  10. Assist in System upgrades at Clients (onsite and offsite)
  11. Assist in Data conversions
  12. Build and Maintain Documentation of applications
  13. Other duties which from time to time the Company may introduce.

    1. Report to Directors or whomever they delegate in their stead.

Training on the various modules/duties will be provided accordingly. The individual will also contribute to updating our ticketing system and ensuring that the information is up-to-date and in synch.Those interested are to send a CV together with a covering letter to Mr Calleja Urry at
