Trident Trust are looking for an IT executive. The IT executive will report to the head of IT. They will provide level 1 support and assist with business as usual, providing end-user support, and processing standard and routine service requests. The level 1 support person will serve as a single point of contact for end users and aim to resolve incidents on first or second contact. This individual will be responsible for an end user’s issue through its resolution and will contact a level 2 support agent for technical assistance and direction when applicable. Level 1 support also aims to process and fulfill basic service requests that need IT involvement. They will not have admin or privileged access to tools, systems or infrastructure and will only be able to provide support as necessary within the tools delegating access rights.
