Our Client is a group of companies based in Malta with business interests in various commercial fields including Shipping, Tourism, Insurance and Travel.


The IT Helpdesk Support will be reporting to the IT Manager. Duties include but are not limited to: installing and configuring new hardware; maintaining an active directory and e-mails such as password resets, new email creation, deletion, etc. whilst also supporting computer systems, desktop, printers and various peripherals.


This position calls for a smart, outgoing individual with a pleasant personality and good oral and written communication skills. The right candidate should possess good customer service skills as well as the ability to work under pressure. Excellent command of the English language as well as good working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Windows is a must for this role.
