An opportunity is available for an IT Support Apprentice / Graduate Trainee, ideal for MCAST final-year students or recent graduates who would like to start a career in Information Technology.
The selected candidate will provide first-line IT support while gaining exposure to modern IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity practices, networking, and business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line IT support to employees
Assist with laptops, desktops, printers, telephones, and software issues
Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications
Assist with basic networking, Wi-Fi, and IT equipment inventory
Participate in IT projects and routine system checks
Requirements:
Final-year MCAST Diploma or Advanced Diploma student in IT, Computer Systems and Networks, Cyber Security, or a related field
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and networking
Previous work experience is not required
Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and a customer-service mindset
