Key Responsibilities:
- Assist staff with basic IT issues
- Provide first and second-line IT support
- Support Windows, macOS, iOS, and business software
- Help install, repair, and maintain computers and IT equipment
- Set up devices, applications, and user equipment
- Keep IT inventory records and support tickets updated
Requirements:
- Interest in IT, computers, and technology
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, or iOS
