Infinite Fusion Technologies Ltd is currently seeking a Junior ICT Engineer to join their technical team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a solid ICT foundation who are interested in developing their skills in infrastructure, networking, and enterprise ICT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support (remote and on-site)
- Assist with Level 3 troubleshooting and system deployments
- Install and maintain network equipment, servers, and end-user systems
- Support ICT projects including upgrades and migrations
- Maintain technical documentation and follow ICT best practices
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of ICT experience
- Knowledge of networking, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of firewalls and virtualization
- Valid driving licence
