In this role, working on shift basis so as to cover the company's 24×7 operations, you will be responsible for offering 1st level technical support to the company's data center's clients, identifying and responding to faults, monitoring of network infrastructure and all data center systems as well as support servers running on both Microsoft Windows and Linux. The successful candidate will ensure that the services offered to the company's clients are of the highest quality throughout.

In order to be considered for this role you will have a Diploma/ Degree in Networking and Systems Support or a CCNA course and preferabbly one year work experience in a similar roe. Students in their final stages of their degree/diploma will also be considered. Knowledge of Microsoft Server platforms and/or Linux is a must while a good IPv4 or IPv6 knowledge will be considered as an asset. You will also be highly organised, able to multi-task and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
