We are looking to recruit a Junior Web Developer who is driven by continual improvement and the need to respond to rapidly changing business needs. We are looking for real "techies" who are passionate, excited by innovation and want to be part of our team. Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate should be highly motivated in expanding their skill set and career in an environment where they can both develop and manage software.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SQL and .NET development using C# is a must. Working knowledge of MVC, LINQ and a CMS will be considered an asset.
The company is willing to train the successful candidate on how to use their company-specific systems and they will be able to learn on the job. However, personality, character and willingness to learn is fundamental.
We would want candidates who are able to demonstrate the right attributes in terms of their personal ambitions and what they would like to achieve in the short and long term, while demonstrating the right enthusiasm for further learning and technical training.
