As a Field Technician, based in Malta, you will be providing technical support across the company’s services. Working independently and according to planned schedules, your duties will include:
- Installing and configuring company’s services
- Responding to client requests, detecting faults and rectification using different technologies
- Updating records on the company’s systems and ordering necessary stock
- Ensuring that the services offered to clients are in line with company standards
- Test and configure software, maintain and repair hardware and peripheral devices
This job requires:
- A strong customer centric approach to service delivery
- Commitment and willingness to learn
- Technical with a good level of computer literacy
- A valid and clean driving license to be able to drive a company vehicle
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
You will be called to:
- Work from Monday to Saturday on a 5-day shift rotation, with the possibility of working over-time
- Carry out duties at heights and on ladders
Experience and Qualifications:
- CCNA, computer or networking certification will be considered an asset
- Previous experience in field support will be desirable
- Necessary training will be given to candidates without necessary experience and qualifications
Skills:
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work on own initiative with little supervision
- Good problem solving skills
