As a Telecommunications Technician, based in Malta, you will be providing technical support across the company’s services. Working independently and according to planned schedules, your duties will include:

  • Installing and configuring company’s services
  • Responding to client requests, detecting faults and rectification using different technologies
  • Updating records on the company’s systems and ordering necessary stock
  • Ensuring that the services offered to clients are in line with company standards
  • Test and configure software, while also maintaining and repairing hardware and peripheral devices

This job requires:

  • A strong customer centric approach to service delivery
  • Commitment and willingness to learn
  • Technical with a good level of computer literacy
  • A valid and clean driving license to be able to drive a company vehicle
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English

You will be called to:

  • Work from Monday to Saturday on a 5-day shift rotation, with the possibility of working over-time
  • Carry out duties at heights and on ladders

Experience and Qualifications:

  • CCNA, computer or networking certification will be considered an asset
  • Previous experience in field support will be desirable
  • Necessary training will be given to candidates without necessary experience and qualifications


  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative with little supervision
  • Good problem solving skills
