We are looking for an individual to fill in the post of IT Helpdesk Assistant with our internal IT team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for IT queries raised by the firm’s employees. He or she will be required to efficiently assign, prioritise and monitor issues or requests while resolving day-to-day IT problems in a passionate manner.

The ideal candidate should be:

·         Organised and proficient in documentation skills;

·         An excellent communicator;

·         IT and technology savvy;

·         A good team player with potential to work as an individual;

·         Able to follow guidelines, processes and documentation;

·         Willing to come up with innovative ideas;
