The Governance, Risk and Compliance Team synchronizes information and activity across all company departments, in order to operate more efficiently, enable effective information sharing, more effectively report activities and avoid wasteful overlaps. As a Junior Business Systems Analyst within this team, your role is to assist the company to maintain internal tools operating as efficiently as possible, whilst ensuring that these systems cater for the ever-changing needs of the company by coordinating change requests with the relevant suppliers.
Further key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and coordinate updates of internal systems;
- Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve work flow;
- Provide internal users with assistance on their queries;
- Being the first point of contact with our suppliers;
- Develop and provide internal documentation and training;
- Keep track of changes, feature requests and improvements in all systems inherited by Governance, Risk and Compliance;
- Carry out configurations through the system interface;
- Assist in gathering requirement for any improvements of the tools used within NetRefer;
- Keep up to date on new features and integrations that can be used to assist NetRefer’s operations.
The successful candidate would ideally have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Diploma or Degree in any related field;
- At least 3 years working experience in a technical support position or equivalent;
- Technically minded, detail oriented, organized and willing to learn;
- Excellent level of business English;
- Possess good communication skills;
- Basic knowledge of SQL;
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.

Junior Systems Administrator

Due to further growth, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Systems Administrator. Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to assist in the management, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of the company IT systems.
Further key responsibilities include:
- Providing support in terms of problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of issues;
- Managing activities related to operational services on a daily basis while gaining familiarisation with the DevOps lifecycle;
- Setting up, configuring and maintaining existing and new hardware, peripherals and services;
- Ensuring that system monitoring is performed daily while verifying the integrity and availability of each respective solution;
- Provisioning, configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows based systems (Server 2012/2016);
- Managing and maintaining of internal services such as DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SFTP, ADFS and VoIP;
- Assisting team members in using or accessing IT related systems.
The successful candidate would ideally have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Certification in MCITP, MCTS, MCSA, MCSE or equivalent;
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in Windows Server Platforms and within a similar environment;
- Sound knowledge of security requirements and keeping up-to-date with the threat landscape;
- Basic understanding of Citrix VDI Infrastructure;
- Good knowledge of system and application monitoring tools such as Zabbix and PRTG;
- Basic understanding of routing protocols;
- Experience in Hyper-V Virtualization, administration and troubleshooting;
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Service administration and troubleshooting;
- Experience with network installation and configuration – LAN/WAN, firewalls and switches.
- Cisco CCNA certification will be considered an asset.
