Here are some of the areas that a potential candidate would be working in if he/she were to be employed:
– Installation of Point of Sales equipment and most importantly associated software support,
– Other IT related support (both software and hardware) as required by the clients,
– VOIP systems, Windows OS (2003 server and higher), IT Powering Solutions, PABx's, CCTVs, Office Equipment, Desktops/Laptops etc.
Prior experience is not an asset as training and supervision will be provided. The employer is looking for someone knowledgeable / willing to learn in an IT related environment and who can eventually lead his own team to carry on-site installations and provide customer support. The aim is to have someone who is willing to grow within the company (that has been established for the past 27 years), and hence my request for someone with a technical background.
