Main responsibilities:

o    Acts as a first line support to internal end users;

o    Hardware and software support;

o    Install and maintain IT equipment;

o    Monitor and troubleshoot internal systems;

o    Monitor ticketing system and prioritize tasks;

o    Identify and propose changes to improve systems;

o    Document procedures.

Requirements:

o    Ability to deal with end users issues;

o    Logical and proactive thinker;

o    Up-to-date technical knowledge;

o    Good interpersonal and user support skills;

o    Ability to work on own initiative with a minimum supervision;

o    Ability to handle various tasks and projects simultaneously;

o    Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

o    Willing to learn and take on certain responsibilities;

o    Valid driving license.

 

Education

o    Diploma level or equivalent in IT related subjects required as a minimum;

o    Knowledge and understanding of e-Commerce platforms namely Shopify & WordPress;

o    Sound knowledge of Windows Operating systems, including Active Directory and Group Policy maintenance, Networking and TCP/IP, VMWare, Linux and User Administration.
