Our esteemed client is currently looking to recruit a Support Officer.

As a Support Officer, you will provide on-site, telephone, email and remote helpdesk support to as-signed local customers. You will handle customers’ internal IT support and operational issues related to ICT processes, systems and usage.

Your duties will include configuration of Windows applications, troubleshooting, backups, server maintenance and general desktop support.

The ideal person should have:

  1. A College or University qualification
  2. Minimum of one year experience in IT support
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills
  4. Good troubleshooting skills
