The job description is Software Solutions Support. The duties mainly consists of implementing/designing and supporting software solutions, such as OCR and print control software. The OCR and print control solutions are off the shelve programs that would need to be customized for the client’s needs.
We would need the below requisites for the ideal candidate;
- Solid IT background
- General knowledge of networking (no need for CISCO certifications etc) – TCP/IP, DNS, routing, gateway etc basic knowledge
- ECDL Advanced
- VBA and Java scripting
