Core responsibilities will include:
- Development within AWS/Cloud environment
- Working in a high tech environment, developing cutting edge software and streaming solutions
- Taking business level needs and converting into code and testing plans
- Hands on PHP/Linux development throughout full product lifecycle
You will need to be an experienced all-rounder with a passion for the web and all things tech.
You will be self-motivated and task driven with a keen eye for detail and an inbuilt sense of quality control. Excellent communication skills are essential along with being able to give and receive instructions clearly and quickly.
You must be able to demonstrate the following:
- PHP 5
- JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, JSON
- Mysql
- Git
- MVC Frameworks
- RESTFull API
We would also find the following skills and experience extremely beneficial:
- Full LAMP stack
- Video streaming and encoding
- Digital media environment
- Agile environment
- NoSql
- CMS Plugin
- AWS experience
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
