PTL Limited, a company within PTL International, technology division of Hili Ventures, is seeking to appoint a Technical Support Officer to assume responsibility for the smooth operation of its IT functions.
Based in Malta and reporting to the Head of Stores and Logistics, the Technical Support Officer will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to end-users, maintain the company’s servers and systems, install and configure new systems and diagnose any hardware and software user issues.
Candidates for this role will have sound knowledge of network operating systems, Desktop operating systems, Apple systems and adequate networking technology expertise. Candidates should possess a minimum of CompTIA Server +, Network + and A+ certifications or equivalent.
The preferred candidate will have demonstrable problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Customer centricity is essential for this role.
