Our client is a specialized international trade finance group based in Malta with offices in London, New York, Dubai, Cairo, Moscow, Mumbai, Istanbul, Sao Paulo, Santiago and Singapore. They are currently looking for a Technical Support Officer to join their team here in Malta. You will be responsible for providing front line IT Support.
You will be responsible for providing front line IT support with duties including;
* Resolution of support calls and escalating when necessary.
* General operational duties on both infrastructure and business systems.
* Installation, administration and troubleshooting of Endpoint devices and peripherals.
* Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
To be suitable for this role, you must have some kind of IT qualification, have a passion for Technology and be service oriented. As you will be working in a team, it is important that you have great communication skills and able to take you own initiatives. You must also have verbal and written fluency in English.
