Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants in Malta and Gozo, is seeking a IT Assistant.
Based in Malta, and reporting to the IT Manager at Premier Restaurants Malta, the IT Assistant will be responsible for resolution of first-line IT issues, maintaining and updating product databases and POS layout configurations as well as assisting the IT team with global projects within the Malta market.
The IT Assistant will provide support with Windows applications, troubleshooting, backups, server maintenance and general desktop support.

Premier Restaurants Malta is part of Premier Capital plc, the developmental licensee for Mcdonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record for first-line IT issue resolution. This position calls for an outgoing person with a willingness to resolve issues rapidly, who is able to support users in offices and restaurants and follow up daily on IT systems, usage and application.
Fluency in English is a requirement, while knowledge of other languages will be considered an asset.
